How to use: Wet your skin in the shower. Spread and massage the balm into your skin with both hands using broad movements, starting from your ankles and working your way up. Pay particular attention to rough areas, without applying pressure. Take a little more balm and massage your lower back, hips, stomach and arms using broad movements, starting with your hands, then your shoulders and upper back. Finish by gently massaging your breasts and neckline. Rinse in the shower.
